It's was my mother-in-law's car, the oil pickup clogged, the oil light came on and she kept driving, now it has a really bad knock in the top and bottom end and no power. Anyone with an answer to the 1mzfe question?

I'm in need of an engine for my 99 es300, do I need one from this exact year model or will any 1mzfe engine work if I use the old intake exhaust etc.. Thanks for you help. Chris
