93 Lexus, car turned off while driving, ,mechanic changed a sensor, car worked fine for a week, now the car is hesitating to drive only moving about 5 miles after continuously pressing down the gas the car will proceed to drive normal..car not making any weird sound or rattling, what could be the issue? electrical ?

well one day my radio just blanked off (factory radio) plus my heater a/c.. the whole radio & A/C console...only thing is on is the lights on the A/C knob....I checked the fuses and it was blown so I replaced it.. so i placed a new fuse turn the car on still nothing (fuse blew ) so let me try one more time and again (fuse blew again).... ....... any help out there
