I have had the same issue. I wanted to go aftermarket, and the dealer says it is an 8ohm sub, but I have seen other places online say its a 12ohm. Needless to say, I haven't done anything to this point. Please let me know if you find a solution that works. Thanks.

Is there any way to increase the idle RPMs on an '01 LX470? It currently idles at about 500, and there is a major vibration in the car. I searched the forums, and some people mentioned motor mounts, but those have been checked and are fine. I believe the TSB is 0010 (10006197), but don't know what it recommends. I would have to assume they would just increase the idle. Is this easy to do? Thanks.

My Levinson sub apparently just went bad, and the dealership wants to charge me $400 plus labor to put in a new one. Has anyone installed an aftermarket sub while leaving all of the other components stock? This is for my 01 LX470 w/o Nav. Any help is HUGELY appreciated. Thanks.
