need my harmonic balancer changed i got a used one from wreckers but dont have tools to keep pulley still to remove and not sure on install there are some numbers by the balancer from 0 to 15

looking for a local area mechanic who is fit to fix my car without raping my pockets

because my belt got chewed i changed belt and was able to move tensioner by hand to install new belt does this maybe play a role?

92 sc 400 my belt keeps jumping off bottom pulley and pushes the plastic sleeve pulley back and chews my belt help me

please help me i need to open my drivers door so i can fix locks it wont unlock only passenger side opens help help :cries: :cries: :cries:
