  1. Yes! That's exactly what it is! I was a little frustrated, so I went back to the dealer and asked to drive a different IS300 0n the lot. Low and behold, it did the same thing. I'm satisfied that it's noraml fot the IS. Thanks
  2. Hi All, My wife and I just recently purchesed a certified 2002 IS300. We love it! One problem we've noticed is, the brake pad's float when you change directions from drive to reverse. I took it back to the dealer and was told it was normal for the IS model. I must say that it doesn't make sense any model of Lexus would make that kind of annoying sound. Just wondering if other owners have this same problem. Thanks
