More than likely its your oxygen sensor saying your catalyst is bad. This is
because these go out about the 100,000 mile range. There are anywhere from 1 to 4 sensors costing about $100us each. Replace those even if you don't need too because they are about expired anyway and can cut your gas mileage down to half.

Ok, Does anyone know how to diagnose the problem with the Check Engine light? From the owners manual, it states that if the Cehck Engine light comes on it (1) is out of gas or (2) there is an electrical issue. Since I have a full tank, I suspect #2. My LX has 100,600 miles on it and I just recently changed the oil. After about 20 minutes of driving, the check engine light came on. Any help?
