I've recently decided to sell my 1999 GS400. It has 76,000 miles, and is in good condition. (Actually, I'd call it great condition, but it's hard to say that with stone chips in the paint and other things that go along with a seven year old car. . .). Anyway, I tried to trade it in for a new Lexus, and the dealer told me he'd only give me 10,500 for it, even though he agreed it's in great shape. He said that's what they'd pay for it at an auction. I've seen nothing to substantiate this low price. Can anyone else give me their $0.02?

I'm ashamed to say I have no idea what my tire size is. . I'm sure my husband knows, but he's on a plane right now. I'll check tonight.

I have a 1999 GS 400, and I love it except it performs horribly in the snow. We would like to purchase snow tires this year, but don't want to spend the $ if it won't improve the slipping/sliding in winter weather. Does anyone have any experience with this car and snow tires?
