Can anyone please tell me where the amplifier is located in a 2002 LS 430 that also has a navigational system? I looked under the trunk floor near the passenger side rear wheel well. I only found the navigational disc box and the tuner. Please help.

Its's used. It's a 2002 LS 430. No, it does not display an error message of any type when I try to play a cd or cassette. I welcome any thoughts you may have.

Just purchased 2002 LS 430. The CD and Cassette Players will not produce sound. When either is inserted it turns or moves but no sound comes from speakers. The car has a navigational system. The radio works fine. I've followed the instruction manual to the letter, to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the problem? I don't want to take to a Dealership and pay an exorbitant repair bill unless there is no alternative. Please help!!! jcgrant
