  1. Hello my name is Kris. I have a 1995 Lexus LS 400. it's got 210,000 at this moment. This vehicle is my daily driver and i just moved so im short on funds and this is my only form of transportation. One week ago, I was hearing a bad noise and ended up replacing the Idler Pulley. Found out the pulley was actually seized to the main bolt. The car ran great after that. Fast forward to 3 days ago. Around 6am I started the car to warm it up because it was only 25 degrees outside. It was running for about 15 minutes. Once me and my husband went to pull off, the idle went all the way down and the car stalled. Pulled it to the side of the road and shut it off and parked. Tried to restart it but all it did was crank, crank, and crank with no start. Check engine light came on. About 20 minuttes later the car started back up and we were able to get it back to our house. My husband played around with the ignition wires and coils and said some were loose. So he secured them. After that the car started with the check engine light out at this time and he drove it all around the neighborhood with no further issues for and hour. Next morning, the car starts up. We actually pull away and get the the store 3 blocks away with no problem. Even went it the store while it was running and it was fine. As soon as we were about the leave same thing happened. Idle went all the way down and car stalled. Waited 15-20 minutes and the check engine light went back off and it started again so we could get it home again. Please looking for any help on what the problem is and how to fix. Hopefully it's not something expensive. Thank you again.
