  1. So I have this 92’ Es 300 that I’ve been using as my daily for awhile and recently it’s been having some electrical issues. A weeks ago the battery light came on, when I popped the hood to see if anything was wrong the wire on the top side of the alternator was completely burned off. After some time I eventually got the wires back into place but it hasn’t been a permanent fix and the wired have burned off to some extent a few more times. I have noticed that if I reduce the amount of electrical load in the car it’s usually fine. Now that I have time to work on it what should I be looking at first? Is this an alternator issue or a grounding issue? Or is it something either issue I’m not seeing
