I just removed my run flats from my 2006 SC 430 with Continental's and the ride is so much smoother. I just now need to find a temp donut to put into the trunk. Any suggestions ?

I recently had the run flat tires removed from my '06 sc 430 and since the car cam with run flats, no temporary donut was provided. I have seen a few with the donut in the slot in the trunk but I need to know the tire size I need to purchase. I know the pattern is 5 holes 4 1/2 inch (114) between holes but that's all. Place to purchase and tire size info would be appreciated. Thanks Phil ( ubrokeifix@aol.com)
