I bought a brand new Lexus ES 350 in 2020. I have had nothing but problems with this car from 6 months after purchasing it. When putting this car in reverse, it makes a loud noise as if you are in a crash. The noise is so loud until the car vibrates. I have taken it in to the dealership for the same problem for the fourth time and they have not been able to find out what the problem is. Just last week, it made the noise twice and everyone in the parking lot was starring at me. I had my feet on the brake pedal and it came up really hard and knocked my knee into the steering wheel so hard until I could barely walk when getting out of the car. I am planning on calling the corporate office on tomorrow. Can anyone give me any other advice about this situation?
