Need help diagnosing this sc400 as its running REALLY rich causing the spark plugs to be fouled right upon start and it seems to make a really hard chopping sound as you can hear in the attached video. I should as well mention that this car has a later 97 sc400 motor that has been swapped but it is was running just fine until recently. IMG_5935.MOV
