I have been a customer of Lexus for more than 20 years
this is the first time that I was royally mistreated and I felt like a 2nd class citizen
Instead of buying
a new Lexus as always did i decided to purchase my car off the lease
As soon as Lexus realized that i,m not buying a new car, they lost interest in me as a client
My journey started with getting an appointment with a financial officer.
A clerk took the info from me and scheduled an appointment for the next day
When I arrived on time the following day, nothing was prepared and i had to wait for40 min before anyone can see me
Only when I complained the
financial officer took care of me
The transaction sounded like they making a favor for me and they made a lot of mistakes overcharging which they have corrected when I pointed out to them
Regretfully this might be the last time I will purchase the car from Lexus
Hopefully this experience will never happen again to any of your clients and I hope that you treat everybody equally
