I was able to figure this out. The sound is coming from the flex pipe in the exhaust system. Its accessible from below, just past the oil pan, but needs to be cut out and installed with clamps and welding sealant or a proper weld.

My 2013 ES350 sounds like it has an exhaust leak only when its in drive. You cant hear it in Park or Nuetral. Anyone know what is going on?

Have you found out what the issue was? My car just started doing the same thing.
