I got my 2015 NX200t washed today, and on the way home I did a sweep of the wipers, after which they seemed stuck on low. They wouldn't go into intermittent mode, but I was able to switch between high and low speeds. They kept going until I killed the engine and then restarted it. Can anyone think of anything I should check out?

Have you tried detaching the the little retaining arm on the side, then squeezing the sides of the glove box until the tabs clear the opening? This should open it up so you can get a good look behind, and is probably easier than taking removing the glove box entirely. Check out this video.
