2015 RX350 Power Rear Door Close Button Not Working

Sorry - should have been more clear. The button on the rear door. -
2015 RX 350 power rear door button does not close the rear door, probably 4 out of 5 times. It beeps twice and nothing happens. Has anyone seen this before and any thoughts on a fix? Thanks.
