Im thinkin about adding an intake to my IS and was wondering is anyone has any feedback. Seems like the thread favorites have been the K&N fipk and the SRT. Also wondering if the SRT is worth the extra $$? Im not planning on uprading my exhaust, so if the intake wont be worth it, let me know. I gotta boy of mine willing to do the install, so difficulty is not rally a prob. Lookin for a lil extra HP without a big hit to the wallet. -J

Whats up y'all!?! First time poster, and I just bought an '05 IS. Im trying to figure out how to change the settings on my key remote. I looked in the manual, and it says that I can change timers, alert sounds and other stuff on my key, but that I need to contact my dealer for info (pgs 14-17 LOM). When I called there, no one really knew how to do it, so I thought I'd turn to the real pros. What I am trying to accomplish is: 1) Silencing the Locking function (no beeps when I lock the door) 2) Getting rid of the 2-step unlocking function (unlock all doors with one press) Both of these things can be done, so says the manual, so if anyone knows how or has done it themselves, let me know.
