I just completed my first trip in my 2021 ES350. I love the car, except for these two flaws, which I consider major. The weather was cold, and the bottom of the windshield froze with the windshield wipers. I noticed that Instead of the heating element being above the dash so it can be defrosted, it is below the dash and cannot defrost in that position. If Lexus is only to be owned and operated in warm climates, I think it should be advertised as such.
Secondly, my right arm was rested comfortably on the console during my trip, but I had no where to rest my left arm due to no waist-level arm rest. Now I'm trying to design something to take care of that problem. (I have a couch cushion in the back seat for temporary help).
Other than that, (and the fact that the car is low to the ground for tall people), I'm pleased.
