Went to start car & dash won’t light up. Headlight don’t work, windows do, sunroof doesn’t, horn works doors won’t unlock, interior lights work. Rebalanced fusible links & ignition relay. Oh battery’s not faulty or dead and starter works. Please help. Fuses under hood are good
