Anyone live in Kansas City and know of a good auto repair shop where i can get my new IS300 ED Type Cyber front bumper installed and painted, or would it be wise/dumb to go to my lexus dealer?

My front bumper got smashed, so I was wondering if anyone new where I could order a new one. Also was wondering if instead of getting a new bumper could i just get the lexus is 300 blitz kit with the front lip and grill or do i need to get a whole new bumper and then get the kit. -Sad lil' man CBic

I tried turning them to off and that didn't turn of the DRLS.... and for the fog lights u are saying i'll have to buy something like IS200 JDM White Fog lights on lextasy.com in order to get them white.

Can I make the DRLs and Fog lights white by changing the bulbs like using hyper white bulbs? If i can't then how can I disable my DRLs with the least hassle in order to enable them again at a later date. Not to big of a car techie so detailed instructions would be great.
