  1. I did. I am looking for the right front passenger motor mount. It's about $168 on those sites not including shipping. Rock auto had some I've heard of like dea, beck arnley, weststar and one by fvp that I've never heard of. Autozone has one that's made by anchor. I've read mixed reviews on all of them. My personal experience has been with 1aauto for my corolla. Wasn't impressed at all. Bad fit and had to modify.
  2. What are your preferred aftermarket motor mount brands?
  3. I am looking for aftermarket motor mount recommendations. Anyone have success with this?
  4. Update. I received an email from Tire Rack: Tire Rack Sales <saleshd@tirerack.com Thanks for your inquiry. This would not be recommended. The tires would have a lower load capacity with the smaller air chamber. They may not carry the weight of the vehicle safely and would wear out quicker. If you have any other questions or would like to place an order, please feel free to contact me. If you are placing an order online, please be sure to reference my name on the order form in the box directly under the credit card number, so that I can watch over the order and expedite the process. Best regards, -Parker
  5. Ah that's good advice. I have emailed them and will probably call them tomorrow to see what they say. Thanks.
  6. At this point I will probably just stick with the 235/55/r18 tires. With the 235/50/r18 tires, I figured there wouldn't be any handling problems because of the lower profile tire and the lower center of gravity. In face I would think handling would be improved. I think the only downfalls would be the speedometer being off and increased risk of damage to the wheels from potholes because of the reduced thickness.
  7. Thanks for the tip. I did go to the discount tire website and 235/50/r18 is an option in the +0 category, however it is listed as undersized and may or may not fit on the wheel. It looks to me as it would fit. My concern is if there are any legitimate performance or handling issues that could be a safety concern. There are 2 reasons. I'd like a little bit of a lower profile, but not too much. And ease of availability here locally.
  8. I have a 2007 RX 350 with 235/55/R18. I was thinking of going with a 235/50/R18. Has anyone tried this? Would this be an issue?
  9. Well that's unfortunate. I'm ok with the speedometer being off, but not if the steering quality is reduced.
  10. I have a 2007 Lexus RX 350 with 18 inch rims. OEM tire size is 235/55/r18. Was thinking about putting 2022 highlander rims at 235/65/r18. Would this be a problem?
