Is anyone else having the issue of not being able to use the Lexus app to start their vehicle? I have un-installed and re-installed many times. I've called customer service and they tell me to call dealership IT. They tell me to call customer service. I would not have purchased this vehicle as this is a deal-breaker for me. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
