Yes, unfortunately, and surprisingly, it seems 2015 is a difficult year for finding replacement head units.

Thanks for the lead, unfortunately Crutchfield wrote: "We don't recommend replacing the radio in your vehicle." I know there are updated and slightly larger units that work well in Lexus, I am just having trouble finding brands and sellers.
