My 2002 ES 300 is giving the ABS Code 278 which indicated an open circuit in the ABS Solenoid Relay. I have the Lexus Service manual 1&2 for this specific vehicle and the manual indicated this Solenoid Relay mounted in a ABS Relay Block (Sub Assembly). And the service manual indicated the area this relay block is located. I have looked for this relay block and cannot find it. I’m seeking someone with experience that knows where I can find the relay block. According to the service manual this relay block houses 2 relays, one relay for the ABS motor, and one relay for the ABS Solenoid. It also holds a single fuse.
Anyone know the specific location of this ABS Relay Block(Sub Assembly)? Did Lexus/Toyota possibly change the location of this box?
