  1. Never mind...Spacers: Another available mod for your wheels are wheel spacers. These are used to compensate for negative wheel offset. For instance, the SC coupe's stock offset is +50mm; However, Supra TT wheels have +38mm offset. Therefore you can use 5mm - 15mm spacers to correct the difference and line up your wheels better. It is strongly recommend you avoid 'universal spacers' in larger sizes than 5mm; However, there are some larger aftermarket spacers that are tested to work well with the SC300 and SC400(http://www.intellexual.net/faq.html#023).
  2. Got another question...what are wheels spacers? Do they just push the wheel out wider? Are they used when adding a widebody kit to a car?
  3. :D Thank you so much. But, where can i purchase the cold air box? Anyways, thank you for all the help. :D
  4. adi1ias@aol.com Okay. I need all the help i can get. First off, i own a 1992 Lexus SC400 V-8. Very nice and reasonably fast. I love this car for its looks its over all performance with handling, acceleration, and the extremely smooth ride it came with. But, I am also very imterested in upgrading this car. I want to first purchase wheels for the car and am almost positive I'm going to buy a set of Racing Hart C2's 18X?. I don't know how wide i want the wheels to be and i was wondering how wide i could go with my SC. Also, i don't know the bolt patterns and I don't even know what the bolt patterns are refering too as I, confusingly search and shop for wheels. Next, I am looking for some tires to throw on the new C2's, but dont know what companies are good and once again don't know what the heck to look for. My SC is going to be a daily driver, but i need tires that are low profile and look good. But, i need tires that arent too expensive and dont wear out every 3 months. I also would like to lower my car, considering putting on the big 18 inch C2's. I have found a nice pair of Eibach springs for a reasonable price and am wondering if it will lower my car enough to show off the car and the wheels evenly. Also, i would like to know if you have any idea if the springs will sacrifice the wonderfully smooth ride of all Lexus vehicles. One other thing, do i need shocks? Or maybe they are called dampers... I don't know! Next, i would like to put a couple engine parts on my car to further more increase the horspower and accleration. To accomplish this, i have found an Injen intake and an exhaust kit that will definately make my car sound, perform, and look good. Also, i was wondering what is wrong with having coilover suspension...does it lead to tire wear? Also, I was wondering if i should buy one of the front strut bars on this website to further increase my handling? (http://www.lexuspros.com/cgi-bin/storev2/commerce.cgi?product=scsuspension). Before i forget, how do i get the bolt patterns for my car. I need to find out how to do it by myself so i can purchae the perfect fitting wheels. Any information you can give me please post it or e-mail me at (adi1ias@aol.com), Please, i need all the help can get...please! the Racing Hart C2's http://www.1010tires.com/wheelsearch.asp?p...8&lastwheel=138 the bolt patters http://www.1010tires.com/wheel.asp?wheelbr...n&wheelmodel=C2 springs and strut bars http://www.lexuspros.com/cgi-bin/storev2/c...ct=scsuspension the shocks http://www.overboost.com/obs/product.asp?pid=803 the Injen intake system http://www.overboost.com/obs/product.asp?pid=21511 the JIC Bullet Twin Spartan Exhaust http://www.overboost.com/obs/product.asp?pid=18531
