Thanks! I figured it out late last night. It was just one of those things where I did the whole job and got to the end and that last plate just didn't seem to fit. I called a friend who came over and he sat there for a few minutes and then said, "I got it." AAAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!! (Thank God for friends!)

I replaced the left side exhaust manifold/cat converter and screwed up by not taking a picture of where the lover small heat shield goes before taking it off. I have a picture of the part and the general location it came from if anyone remembers doing this and how it fits. I tried working with the dealer by phone and no help.

Greetings! -We have a 2005 GX470. -It has 181598 miles. -4-wheel drive -The rear air shocks have been removed and there are now only coil springs. - Paid 5 G a year ago for the car. - Live out west somewhere. - I am on the site looking for posts about the rear suspension , as ours is having problems. Any bumps or turning corners and the rear end feels like its coming loose from the frame. I am doing my research to find out which parts should be replaced. Thanks ya'll! Me.
