2010 Rx350 Transmission Fluid High Temp

Hey guys I have a Lexus rx350 2010 I just changed my fluid oil a week ago and I was driving between 140-160 for an hour then suddenly this notification popped up ‘High transmission fluid temp’. Please What is the cause of this?
