If you want an exercise in extreme patience skills, try signing up for Lexus Enform. They randomly charge my credit card, send letters telling me I have no service when I do, then randomly cancel my service, then send a random email saying they have charged me even more money without my request or authorization, then tell me they have no credit card on file when they have clearly charged my credit card, then put me on hold for hours at a time, then have no supervisor available, and then disconnect, so I get to start the whole process again. The best statement was "if the green light is on, that means that the green light is on." Just a marvelous way to spend 6 hours on a bright sunny day.
