Fuel Injection Cleaning Necessary?

I have a 2017 rx350, dealership is recommending front and rear differential fluid, hvac and injector refresher service. It has 60k miles and I purchased it at 40k, the vehicle sat for 5 months. Is this service necessary? I don’t mind paying for necessary things. I don’t want to throw money away. Thanks
