    Alarm not really a deterrent. Thieves can clone your key if not far from the door inside your home, then they can open the door. Then they plug into OBD2 socket with special electronics to start the vehicle and drive away.

    Has anyone installed a disconnect switch for fuel pump to disable vehicle to prevent thefts? The RX has a high rate of thefts in Ontario. Steering wheel locks, The Club etc, can be cut or bent and removed, I think disconnecting the fuel pump with a hidden switch would make it harder to steal vehicle.
