I bought a new 2021 ES250 and I'm having difficulty with Lexus + Alexa. It works but the volume when she speaks is very low and there is a 5+ second lag until she responds. I called the dealer and they told me the lag is due to my phone signal and to just turn up the volume on my phone and in the car. That makes no sense because I don't have these issues when I use Alexa on my phone not connected to the car. P.S. The volume is fine when I stream music from my phone to the car via bluetooth.
