My manual says to use premium, but a friend said I could use regular unleaded without any problems. Anybody have any bad experiences with regular unleaded gas?

I talked to a local mechanic and he estimated $280 to replace each side. Does that seem fair? Thanks

I am not sure.. I hope it's not too spendy to get fixed. I think there is a CV boot that goes over the joint?

1996 ES 300 150k Miles Clicking sound when I turn left. Is this a CV boot? what would the estimated repair cost be? This is my first Lexus and I just got it for a commuter car. Thanks
