I have also had this issue with my 2008 Lexus RX 350. I have been playing phone tag with the corporate office to see if they’re able to cover any of the repair costs. The failure of the cooling line ended up ruining my engine and so the repair will cost $6000 for a new engine and oil cooling line. I am thoroughly discouraged that Lexus IS not taking responsibility for this. It’s obviously an issue with so many Lexus models and something I was not warned about when purchasing my vehicle.
