My Dad dropped a cell phone under the right front seat of his 300h. To retrieve it, he moved the seat all the way to the front. When he tried to move it back, it would not go. The seat does not make any sound that would indicate that the motor was trying to drive it back. It does go up and down and the back of the seat tilts. Has anyone experienced this issue? TIA
