Programming a keyfob for an 03' ES300

I have an 03' ES300 and I want another key for it. I want to buy a blank key and key fob and get it programmed. I plan to get the key copied by a locksmith but in terms of the keyfob I want to program it myself because I heard it can be done for free, but I don't know how to do it. Anyone have a tutorial on how to do it? My car also has an immobilizer so I would have to program the transponder as well. Please let me know. Thanks!
