  1. And there are dead links. https://support.lexus.com/s/article/How-much-does-a-navig-8260 Just don't seem to care about their customers anymore.
  2. Lexus has changed. I had a Case Manager assigned to my Lane Departure issue that was rude and argumentative. Their website does not have info for 2023 models. https://support.lexus.com/s/article/Which-fuel-grade-shou-8129
  3. The part number for the keyfob is 8990H-0E620. If your dealer's parts department won't order one for you you may be able to get one here. https://www.key4.com/lexus-rx350-rx500h-smart-remote-key-8990h0e620-hyq14flc
  4. I traded in a 2019 RX for a 2023 RX. The 2019 had Lane Departure Alert (vibrating steering wheel) and Lane Departure Assist (corrective steering). These items were individually controlled. The 2023’s system works like crap. There is very little vibration, so basically no alert, and there is no way to turn off the assist function. I have been on the phone for hours with Lexus and had the dealer service team try to solve the problem. No luck, so I have turned off the entire Lane Departure System. Every friend I speak to says they would not/do not like corrective steering. Lexus need to update their software or be prepared to be sued when a driver or family is killed because corrective steering caused an accident.
  5. I complained to my Sales Manager and he had a second fob for me in two days
