Yea bro I figured out today my fan isn't spinning, but the only problem I'm having is I don't how to go about fixing that problem

I'm kind of in a jam guys I've replaced my serpentine belt about 4 times now and yet it still is managing to melt off. So the first time it snapped what due to me having milky oil tubing in my car and then it blew my oil pan gasket, which got on the belt and snapped it, so I fix that and still my belt is snapping? Any tips??
