Yes, they have stores across San Antonio. As I understand it because player is in the trunk, dust is unavoidable. Thus they changed from this type of system. Before replacing I would remove and take it for a professional cleaning at a reputable electronics repair shop. Cleaning should be less than $100.00.

I recently bought a 2001LS 430 everything on car worked except navigation system it just said no disc detected. Long story short went to CD Exchange bought disc with little brushes on it to clean lens in dvd player in trunk. Total success. Saved over 2 Grand to replace player.
