Need advise please help me out. Now i see a 2009 lexus is 250 AWD with 225k on it. Engine was rebuilted in 2012 and the car run great. Is these anything i should worry about?

Hey i use to have a 2008 lexus is 250 AWD but it got writen off i use have 211k on it.
