Hello,Greetings guys,I just acquired a 1995 Lexus sc300 with approx 123MThe car was idling really high when starting up. Really impossible in the AM. I see this is a common problem.Then suddenly one night it started missing from the first turn over. (it was raining BTW)Really hard to keep idling at stand still,Feels like a constant misfire. Like a plug wire fell off.I have managed to get the throttlebody off so as to get to the idle speed control valve(22270-46080 ). I cleaned the Throttle body and idle Speed Control valve. Didn't fix it.BTW: the cabin smells like burnt electrical radio smell. No check engine codes Could this erratic misfire point to the caps in the ECU?
