Navigation malfunction

Unfortunately I bought used from the dealership but I did not get a cd from them. I guess I'll try to find one. Any ideas other than the dealership? -
My Navigation suddenly stopped showing any road maps. I just show a blank screen with my location in the middle. All the rest of my systems are showing and working. Can I just do an update?
