95Ls400 Leaking Oil Near Rear Driver Side

It has just over 130,000. I checked oil level and it was normal. Just going to have to take it and have someone look at it I guess. -
I don't know a lot about cars but it looks like my 95 ls400 is leaking oil near the rear on the driver side. Made a ticking noise when I started it up. Any suggestion????
