Like many of you I am frustrated and turned off by the prices and practices of the Lexus dealership service departments. Before my next scheduled maintenance appointment I've made it a point to seek out reputable garages in NYC who can reliably service my 2008 RX 400h. Any good referrals out there? Thanks! Jay
