I just bought a 2013 ES 350. I have a windows based Nokia Lumia smart phone. I now find out that the phone is not compatible with Enform built into the car. Is Lexus doing anything to make them compatible?

I have a 1998 ES300 and both front heated seats stopped working this week. All the fuses are ok and there is current to both seats. Both switches are working as well. I was told by the Lexus dealer that the Leather seats have to be replaced because the heat pads and thermostats are part of the seats. This will cost $519 per seat for the part. Does this sound logical.
