On the outer side of the license plate light. Insert a flat small screw driver gently and pull them out. The lights assembly will pop out. Unhook the assembly from the socket for easy change. Twist the bulb holder to pop out the bulb. Pull the bulb out, it is not twist to open bulb. Insert the bulb. Just put back the assembly, and it is ready to go. Regards, Naeem
