I love my 2014 ES 350, but the driver's seat is too contoured for me, and actually hurts my upper legs. The adjustments don't help, because the problem is with the shape of the seat, particularly the flared sides. I've tried seat cushions, which helps somewhat. I've thought of replacing the seat with the seat from an RX350. Has anyone had any experience with replacing the driver's seat?
