How difficult is to install the Borla Exhaust on a GS4? Is this a dyi? Has anyone done this and how long does it take?

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the black pearl emblem kit for a 2000 GS400? How do you remove the old ones? What is the general price i should be looking to pay?
