Resolution: Replace your air intake resonator (Lexus P/N: 1786046142) - $125.25 Go to : www.oemtoyotascionparts.com Search for "Air Intake for 2003 Lexus GS300 - OEM Toyota parts" This will fix your problem. The problem is due to the resonator has developed cracks near bottom (near the heat shield). It is allowing too much air into the throttle body. Basically, the plastic has detoriated and is allowing too much unmetered air into the system.
