Isf Trunck Mat Will Not Lie Flat

My 2013 ISF trunk mat is wavy and will not lie flat. I have weighted it down with heavy objects, pressed it with water, left it in the hot sun and its like a cheap piece of permanently warped rubber. Durring my first service at the dealer - I asked about it and they looked at me like they never heard of this before. They ordered me a brand new one and it also is the same. You would think a luxury car could have a quality trunk mat. Any suggestions? Thanks
